DESCRIPTION:
This Request for Standing Offer (RFSO) involves the provision, on an as and when requested basis, of coffee products.
Bidders must be able to deliver the items being offered to ALL DELIVERY ADDRESSES listed in Annex C.
IDENTIFIED USERS:
Department of National Defence
Valcartier Garrison, various locations.
PERIOD OF STANDING PROPOSAL:
From date of issue to November 30th, 2020.
One (1) period of thirty-six (36) months.
NOTE:
- One (1) Standing Offer will be issued for the whole period.
DELAY:
Delivery will take place no later than forty-eight (48) hours from receipt of an order.
At all times during the period of the Standing Offer, when «urgent» requests are made, the Offeror (s) will commit to supplying the goods within twenty-four (24) hours following receipt of an order.
QUANTITIES:
The estimated quantities for each of the required items can be found in Annex B - List of products.
APPROXIMATE SCOPE OF THE STANDING PROPOSAL:
The approximate scope of the RFSO is $247 196.25 from date of issue to November 30th, 2020 inclusive.
TRADE AGREEMENTS:
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
CANADIAN CONTENT:
Conditional: this standing offer is conditionally subject to Canadian Content and preference will be given to Canadian products.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
