DESCRIPTION:
This Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) request involves
the provision, on an as and when ordered basis, of Chips for the
inmates canteen.
IDENTIFIED USER:
Correctional Service Canada, various institutions, province of
Quebec.
PERIOD OF STANDING OFFER:
From September 1, 2013 to August 31, 2014 inclusive.
One or more Standing Offers could be issued, and the offers will
be evaluated by geographic region (See Working Document).

Delivery within 48 hours for emergencies.
Minimum value for call-ups will not be accepted.
Security:
Please note that there might be a delay entering and exiting the
institutions.
The client may require that a security investigation be made on
the supplier's delivery staff.
Furthermore, the supplier shall ensure that his staff members
carry a proof of identity at all times, or they will be denied
access to the site.
The delivery vehicles may be searched when entering and exiting
the institutions.
QUANTITIES:
The estimated quantities for each of the required items can be
found in Annex B - Working Document - List of products.
APPROXIMATE SCOPE OF THE STANDING OFFER:
The approximate scope of the Standing Offer is $285,000.00 for
the period from September 1, 2013 to August 31, 2014 inclusive.
