Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) has a requirement, on behalf of the Department of National Defense, for a Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) for Snow Removal and Ice Control at 9 Wing Gander Facilities in Gander, NL.
The term of the Standing Offer is for (2) years on an as and when requested basis, with an option to extend the term of the offer by a one (1) year period under the same condtitions. A standing offer is an agreement and not a contract.
Bidders must refers to Standard Instructions - 2006 (2020-05-28) for the Integrity Provisions applicable to this requirement.
