TITLE: RISO - BULK OILS AND LUBRICANTS
DESCRIPTION:
The Department of National Defence (DND) requires the services of a contractor, an as-ordered basis, the provision of various bulk petroleum products, including motor oil and transmission oil, to maintain DND’s fleet of commercial and military vehicles, Valcartier Support Base, Quebec, according with specifications described at Annex A - Requirement and Annex B - Price List.
This requirement is for the Department of National
Defence (DND), Petroleum, Oil and Lubricants (POL)
Section of the 5th Canadian Service Battalion,
Valcartier Support Base, Quebec.
One Standing Offer will issued for an estimated
amount of $400,000.00 plus applicable taxes for
a two year period.
Standing Offer Period:
The standing offer will be in effect from February 1st 2019 to January 31, 2021, with the possibility of one (1) optional period of one (1) year.
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
