REQUIREMENT:
This request for a Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) involves the provision and delivery, on a "as and when" ordered basis, of frozen juices as well as the associated juice dispensers for the Department of National Defence, Support Base Valcartier; various delivery addresses (listed in Annex C of the solicitation documents).
IMPORTANT NOTICE TO SUPPLIERS REGARDING BID SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
Due to the impacts from the COVID-19 pandemic, temporary measures are being taken on-site at the Québec Region Bid Receiving Unit to encourage social distancing. The health and safety of staff and suppliers remains our top priority.
Suppliers are required to submit offers electronically using the Canada Post epost Connect application for the subject Request for Standing Offers (refer to Part 2 of the solicitation document in order to obtain the instructions on how to submit your bids electronically). This service allows suppliers to submit offers electronically to PWGSC Bid Receiving Units. This online service enables the electronic transfer of large files up to Protected B level.

Faxed and hard copy (submitted in person or via mail/courier) offers will not be accepted for the subject Request for Standing Offers.

A 3 year term from the date of issue, to November 30, 2023.
MANDATORY CERTIFICATION
All juices must be manufactured in a HACCP certified factory (Hazard Analysis CriticaI ControI Points) and must also be distributed by a HACCP certified distributor.
DELIVERY:
All products must be delivered according to the information included in Annex A.
APPROXIMATE SCOPE OF THE STANDING PROPOSAL:
The approximate scope of the Standing Proposal is $172,462,50 from the date of issue to November 30, 2023 inclusive.
