Description:
Provide, as and when needed, a charter bus service with drivers to meet various established requirements for transporting persons on behalf of the Department of National Defence in Quebec City and Valcartier, QC.
The period of the standing offer is from the date of issuance to August 31, 2021, with the possibility of two option periods of one year each, from September 1, 2021 to August 31, 2022 and September 1, 2022 to August 31, 2023.
A maximum of 8 standing offers can be issued, i.e. one per departure city per vehicle category.
