Public Services and Procurement Canada on behalf of the Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement for a regional individual standing offer for the rental of both electric and non-electric forklifts (non-electric include both propane and diesel). Forklifts are to be provided without operators on an as required basis for DND for the period of March 1st, 2018 until February 29th, 2020 with the possibility of two (2), one (1) year option periods.
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
