The Department of Public Works and Government Services Canada
(PWGSC) requires a standing offer for image scanning, blueprint
copying and scanning of specifications onto a CD. This will
allow Real Property Contracting to distribute documentation to
potential bidders for bidding purposes. Turnaround time has to
be within 24 hours. Pick-up and delivery to PWGSC (Cabot Place,
St. John's NL) is also required on a daily basis.
IMPORTANT NOTES TO BIDDERS:
Pursuant to section 01 of Standard Instructions 2006, Bidders
must submit a complete list of names of all individuals who are
currently directors of the Bidder. Furthermore, as determined
by the Special Investigations Directorate, Departmental
Oversight Branch, each individual named on the list may be
requested to complete a Consent to a Criminal Record
Verification form and related documentation.
It is the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure that all
addenda issued prior to tender closing have been obtained and
addressed in the submitted tender.

incorporated by reference into, and form part of, the tender and

provider. Firms that elect to base their bids on tender
