Fresh Bread and Rolls
REQUIREMENT:
Requesting a Standing Offer for the supply and delivery of
Fresh Bread and Rolls to Department of National Defence, 3 ASG
Food Services to various kitchens at 5th Canadian Division
Support Base Gagetown located in Oromocto, New Brunswick on an
"as and when" requested basis for the period from 01 April,
2015 to 31 March, 2016 inclusive.
MANDATORY CRITERIA:
Annex A - Requirement
Annex B - Basis of Payment - "List of Products"
Annex C - Complete List of Each Individual who are currently
Directors and/or Owners of the
offeror;
The supplier MUST be compliant with the Requirement at Annex
"A", the
"List of Products" at Annex "B" and Conditions of the Request
for Standing Offer.
Pricing: Suppliers must provide a price for all items listed
at Annex "B".
Estimated quantities are for a one (1) year period.
BASIS OF EVALUATION:
Only one (1) Standing Offer will be awarded to lowest aggregate
bid, total extended cost of all items, meeting ALL mandatory
requirements.
Delivery Date: Above-mentioned
The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
