This Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) request is for the provision, on an as and when ordered basis, of grocery products for the Department of National Defence (DND) of Canada, 2nd Canadian Division
between August 1st and August 31st 2017 at Camp Wilson, Coyote Valley road, Twentynine Palms, CA 92277, US
No Canadian security requirement applicable to the Standing Offer however, Offerors must demonstrate that they have obtained Provost-Marshal Office (Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center) authorization to deliver goods at Camp Wilson, Coyote Valley road, Twentynine Palms, CA 92277, US
Up to three Standing Offers could be issued for this period.
No minimum quantity is guaranteed however, two types of deliveries are requested:
-Regular Deliveries within 48 hours
-Special deliveries within 24 hours
The resulting Standing Offer will be valid for a period of one month from the date of issue
The suppliers will be selected following an evaluation based on mandatory technical criteria and financial evaluation criteria.
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA)
