Delay:
All products will have to be delivered within 5 business days following receipt of a call-up.
Emergency services:
At all times during the period of the Standing Offer, when ?Urgent? requests are made, the offerer will commit to supplying the goods within seventy-two (72) hours following receipt of a call-up.
Security:
Please note that there may be delays entering and exiting the institutions.
The client may require that a security investigation be made on the supplier's delivery personnel.
The supplier shall also ensure that the members of his staff carry proof of identity at all timesor they will be denied access to the site.
The delivery vehicles may be searched when entering and exiting the institutions.

The estimated quantities for each of the required items can be found in Annex B - Working Document - List of products.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
