Nature of Requirements:
RISO - Rental of Portable Toilets and Collection of Grey Water
For the provision of, "as and when requested", the rental and
related servicing/maintenance of portable toilets and removal
after rental period, and collection of grey water in accordance
with the Statement of Work in Annex "A", for the Department of
National Defence in various locations as specified herein for
the Vernon Military Cadet Camp.
The period of the Standing Offer is for a period from date of
issuance to 31 March 2015, with an option to extend from 01
April 2015 to 31 March 2016.
Offerors must submit a complete list of names of all individuals
who are currently directors of the Offeror, or other related
information as needed, pursuant to section 01 - Code of Conduct
and Certifications - of Standard Instructions 2006.
For services requirements, Offerors in receipt of a pension or a
lump sum payment must provide the required information as
detailed in article 3 of Part 2 of the Request for Standing
Offers (RFSO).
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North
American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA).
