Request for Regional Master Standing Offer to supply Industrial
Gases, Compressed and Liquefied, including miscellaneous
Specialty Gases to the Government of Canada and its agencies
within the Pacific Region, on an as and when requested basis
during a two (2) year period from the issuance of Standing Offer.
It is the Crowns intention to authorize Standing Offer with an
estimated total annual expenditure of $520,000.00. The value of
Standing Offers will be divided into three (3) zones as follows:
Zone A - South/Central Vancouver Island Area: Victoria to
Campbell River inclusive
Zone B - Lower Mainland: Vancouver to Chilliwack inclusive /
Vancouver to Port Coquitlam, Inclusive
Zone C - Remainder of BC: North of Campbell River to Port
Hardy, North of Lower Mainland
After issuance of a standing offer, offerors may request a
debriefing on the results of the request for standing offers
process. Offerors should make the request to the Standing Offer
Authority within 15 working days of receipt of the results of
the request for standing offers process. The debriefing may be
in writing, by telephone or in person.
