Nature of Requirements:
The following Comprehensive Land Claims Agreements will apply to any resulting call-ups:
- For deliveries to *Haines Junction (YT041), the Council for Yukon Indians Agreement ;
-For deliveries to* Cartwright (NL511), and Nain (NL571) the Labrador Inuit Land Claims Agreement.
- where "deliveries to" means "goods delivered to, and services performed in".
Nature of Requirements:
National Master Standing Offers for Diesel Fuel, Automotive Fuel and Heating Fuel in accordance with Canadian General Standards Board standards, as applicable. Delivery to various locations in Newfoundland and Labrador, New Brunswick, Quebec, Ontario, and Yukon Territories on an as-and when-requested basis from June 15, 2016, up to and including August 31, 2017.
The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
