Due to the impacts from the COVID-19 pandemic, temporary measures are being taken on-site at the Québec Region Bid Receiving Unit to encourage social distancing. The health and safety of staff and suppliers remains our top priority.
Bids must be submitted by fax to the number indicated in the bid solicitation or electronically using the Canada Post epost Connect application for the subject bid solicitation. This service allows bidders to submit bids, offers and arrangements electronically to PWGSC Bid Receiving Units. This online service enables the electronic transfer of large files up to Protected B level.
Hard copy (submitted in person or via mail/courier) bids will not be accepted for the subject bid solicitation.

Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) is issuing this Request for Standing Offer (RFSO) for the supply of Propane to the departments and agencies of the Government of Canada for the province of Quebec.
Duration of the Standing Offer: From November 2021 to October 31, 2022 with the possibility of extension for one year.
Delivery location: Several locations in the province of Quebec.
