REGIONAL MASTER STANDING OFFER - Propane
Supply on an as and when required basis , liquified petroleum
gas (Propane in bulk and cylinders) equivalent to HD5 Propane,
to deliver, FOB Destination (DDP), to all Federal Departments
and Agencies located in the Province of Quebec including the
Montreal region and surrounding areas, the Greater Quebec City
Area (Quebec), The National Battlefields Commission, in Quebec,
the Valcartier Base in Courcelette, Donnacona , Mont-Joli
(Ste-Flavie,Qc), Port-Cartier et Bagotville Base in
Saguenay-Alouette Qc and St-Jean Garnison and Farnham training
center and others.
The delivery must be completed within a maximum delay of 48
hours for the region of Montreal and Quebec & areas (Annex A and
B), and 2 hours for Mont-Joli (Ste-Flavie,Qc) at the
Maurice-Lamontagne Institute - (Annex C ), 2 hours for the
National Battlefields Commission, in Quebec (Annex F), 2 working
days for Port-Cartier (Annex D) and 48 hours for Bagotville
Base in Saguenay-Alouette, Qc. (Annex E), and 48 hours for
St-Jean Garnison and Farnham training center (Annex AA) after
receipt of an order or a repair request)
The period of the Regional Master Standing Offer (RMSO) will be
two (2) years, from
February 1st , 2014 to January 31st, 2016 with a possibility of
an optional period of (1) one year, from February 1st, 2016 to
January 31st, 2017.
Pricing and requirements are described on Annex A,AA,B,C,D, E
and F.
No minimum quantity is guaranteed.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
