DND has a requirement for Formation Construction Engineering of
Maritime Forces Atlantic for the furnishings of all labour,
material, equipment, tools and supervision required to provide
various reproduction services for Formation Construction
Engineering, as and when required.

Pursuant to section 01 of Standard Instructions 2006 and 2007,
Offerors must submit a complete list of names of all individuals
who are currently directors of the Offeror. Furthermore, as
determined by the Special Investigations Director, Departmental
Oversight Brand, each individual named on the list may be
requested to complete a Consent to a Criminal Record
Verification form.
This requirement is subject to a preference for Canadian goods
and/or services.
