EGGS, Fresh
REQUIREMENT:
Requesting a Standing Offer for the supply and delivery of
Fresh Eggs to Department of National Defence, 3 ASG Food
Services to various kitchens at CFB Gagetown in Oromocto, New
Brunswick on an "as and when" requested basis for the period
from 01 April, 2013 to
31 March, 2014 inclusive.
MANDATORY CRITERIA:
Annex "A" - Statement of Work (SOW)
Annex "B" - Basis of Payment - Pricing Sheet
The supplier MUST be compliant with the Statement of Work (SOW)
at Annex "A", the «List of Product» at Annex "B" and Conditions
of the Request for Standing Offer.
Pricing: As per Annex "B" - Basis of Payment - Pricing Sheet
FOOD DELIVERIES
Deliveries must to be made direct to a specified location, and
must be between the hours of
0700 hr and 1100 hrs, Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays,
Thursdays, and Fridays.
BASIS OF EVALUATION:
Only one (1) Standing Offer will be awarded to lowest bid
meeting ALL mandatory requirements.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
