Amendment is raised to replace Annex ?C? - Financial Offer and to extend the bid closing date.
To create one or more Standing Offer Arrangement(s) for the repair and maintenance of a fleet of light duty passenger vehicles and medium duty commercialvehicles for the Department of National Defence in accordance with Annex A - Statement of Work.
Standing Offer Period:
Three (3) year period plus two (2) optional one (1) year periods.
Destination:
Richmond (Ottawa), Ontario.
Debriefing:
After Standing Offer award(s), offerors may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation. Offerors should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days
of receipt of notification that their offer was unsuccessful. The debriefing may be provided in writing, by telephone or in person.
