Full description

Fisheries and Ocean Canada (DFO), Pacific Region, intends to establish a Standing Offer for the inspection, repair and maintenance of crown owned housing. The selected contractor will be eligible to conduct business for DFO in the province of British Columbia, Canada. The Standing Offer will be to provide services on an AS AND WHEN REQUESTED BASIS. The successful contractor will participate in DFO projects primarily in remote locations of British Columbia. The period of the Standing Offer will be from December 1, 2014 to November 30, 2015 with the possibility of two additional one year option periods at the discretion of Fisheries and Oceans Canada.

DFO requires highly qualified professionals to provide technical housing inspection, repair, and maintenance services. These services are to ensure the health and safety of employees living in crown owned housing, maintain the integrity of Federal Crown Owned property, and optimize the life cycle of the accommodations.
