Nature of Requirements:
Request for Standing Offer for refrigeration contractor services
for the following buildings:
1001 St-Laurent, Longueuil, Quebec and 3600 Casavant,
St-Hyacinthe, Quebec.

The project consists in providing the manpower and the tools
required to carry out the tasks listed below as related to the
buildings. The contractor shall respond to routine service
requests within three hours of receiving the notice sent by the
building technical officer. In an emergency, the response time
shall not exceed one hour. Work likely to requested (partial
list).

Install, retrofit, modify, repair, relocate or perform
maintenance on refrigeration and air conditioning systems
normally found in large and mid-size buildings;
Detect and repair leaks. Record the work performed in the log
book intended for that purpose;
Periodically clean system components (condensers, evaporators,
etc.);
Calibrate and adjust probes and other controls; and
Troubleshoot and solve problems related to the equipment and
devices.

This Request for Proposal is for a period of two (2) years with
possibility of three (3) optionals years.

The estimated cost for this opportunity is within the following
cost category: $100,000 to $250,000 with the optional years
included.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
