Defence Research Centre (DRDC) Suffield, Alberta, has a requirement for the supply and delivery of one (1) Fourier Transform InfraRed (FTIR) spectrometer with interchangeable multiple sampling interfaces. This handheld device can be used to detect and identify chemicals (such as chemical warfare agents and toxic industrialchemicals) in liquid or solid forms.
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).
