The Department of Chemistry & Chemical Engineering at the Royal Military College of Canada requires a high speed (= 40 GS/s, = 8 GHz bandwidth) oscilloscope to record signals from the optical detectors (13 GHz bandwidth) of a phototonic Doppler velocimeter; enabling the measurement of free-surface velocities up to 4 km/s.
It is the intention of the crown to award one (1) contract.
Delivery Date: No later than July 31, 2019.
Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation process. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days from receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person.
