Department of National Defence, Fleet Maintenance Facility Cape
Scott (FMFCS) on behalf of Public Works and Government Services
has a requirement for the supply of one (1) Diesel Engine
Inspection Tool used to analyze the Pielstick PA6 Diesel Engine.
This tool is required to support the Marine Diesel Inspection
Program. This devise shall be capable of performing on-engine
analysis, such as: condition of piston rings, liners, cylinder
heads and valves including valve settings, wrist pin and
connecting rod bearing clearances, cylinder leakage rates and
engine blowby of in-service diesel engines.
Diesel Engine Inspection Tool must meet all mandatory
requirements to deemed compliant.
This requirement is subject to NAFTA and Agreement on Internal
Trade (AIT).
Sourcing: The Notice of Proposed Procurement will be posted on
the Government Electronic Tendering Service (GETS) for a minimum
forty (40) day period. This requirement is subject to the
provisions of NAFTA and the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).
