Tools Miscellaneous
Department of National Defence, Kingston, has a requirement for various miscellaneous tools.
All the deliverables must be received on or before March 29, 2019.
Financial Evaluation
Bidders must submit their financial bid in accordance with Annex A - Basis of Payment.Applicable Taxes are extra and must be shown separately. Bidders must complete provide all information in Annex A for the items they are bidding.
Basis of Selection
A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract. The prices will be evaluated on a per item basis. Multiple contracts may be issued.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
