Line 1, Liquid Oxygen
A Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) for the provision of all labour, tools, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary for the supply and delivery of liquid Oxygen, as required, during the period of the Standing Offer.
This requirement includes the installation, rental and maintenance of an Offeror-owned 1,500 US gallon liquid oxygen storage system including an annual tank inspection at 17 wing, Canadian Forces Base, Winnipeg, Manitoba. Refer to current local codes, regulations, and bylaws for design requirements for outdoor liquid oxygen storage. Where there are no applicable local codes, regulations, or bylaws, the NRCC’s National Fire Code of Canada must be used.
The initial period of the Standing Offer will be from approximately August 1, 2021 to July 31, 2022, with the option to extend for two (2) additional 1-year periods from August 1, 2022 to July 31, 2023 and August 1, 2023 to July 31, 2024.
