The National Research Council Canada - Real Property Planning and Management (NRC-RPPM), has a requirement for the services of a contractor to conduct surveys and reassessments of the hazardous building materials at the Montreal Road, Sussex and Uplands campuses (approximately 60 buildings). The scope of the reassessments shall include building materials and components incorporated in the structure and its finishes (excluding exterior finishes).
