Full description

Canada has a requirement for the supply of a SaaS Solution that meets Protected B security requirements to allow Transport Canada Civil Aviation (TCCA) to relinquish (transfer) its aviation examination services to a third-party service provider as the organization no longer has the capacity to develop, maintain, and deliver its exams at a pace sufficient to meet the evolving needs of the aviation industry. In order to achieve this requirement, TCCA will need to:1. Acquire access to a SaaS Solution designed to support aviation exam development, delivery, and oversight in accordance with ICAO standards and Canadian Aviation Regulations.2. Secure the provision of supplemental services required for aviation examination development and delivery.
