Request for a Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) for the provision upon request of Racking for Heavy Duty Storage as described in Annex «A».
The requirements are for the 202 Workshop Depot of the Department of National Defense (DND) in Montreal, Quebec
The resulting Standing Offer will be valid for a period of two (2) years from the date that the SO is issued and will include a right for Canada to authorize an additional period of one year.
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement
on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT) as well as the Free Trade Agreement with Columbia, the Free Trade Agreement with Panama and the Free Trade Agreement with Peru.
The supplier will be selected following an evaluation based onmandatory technical criteria and financial evaluation criteria.
