This PWGSC office provides procurement services to the public in
both official languages of Canada.
In-Transit Meals - "Box Lunches"
This requirement is for the supply and delivery of In-Transit
Meals "Box Lunches" for Department of National Defence at CFB
Gagetown in Oromocto, New Brunswick on an as and when requested
basis for the period from May 1st, 2013 to April 30, 2014
inclusive.
Total Estimated cost for this Requirement is $ 3,000,000.00
Canadian Dollars.
Mandatory Requirements:
Annex "A" - Statement of Work (SOW);
Annex "B" - Mandatory Requirements and Specifications;
Annex "C" - Basis of Payment - Pricing Sheets - Box Lunch Menus;
The supplier MUST be compliant with the Statement of Work (SOW)
at Annex "A", the Mandatory Requirements and Specifications at
Annex "B", the Box Lunch Menus at Annex "C" and the Conditions
of the Request for Standing Offer.
Technical Offer
One box lunch for each and every menu, exactly as specified at
Annexes "B" & "C" , MUST be sent to Department of National
Defence at CFB Gagetown within two (2) business days by 18
00 hrs after the solicitation closes.
All box lunches must be delivered using refrigerated transport.
The samples provided for evaluation must be representative of
the meals which will be provided during the entire standing
offer period.
The Sandwich Processing Facility must be HACCP certified by the
Federal Government, the Canadian Food Inspection Agency.
Mandatory requirements are indicated at Annex "B".

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
