Description of Work: Work of this contract comprises the removal of 10 existing heat pumps and replace them with units of similar size and configuration and the installation of a new complete Building Management System (BMS) controlling newly installed equipment with wireless communication between multiple buildings that are on site complete with touchscreen control and remote login capability.See attached drawings and specifications for detailed scope of work.Closing Date and Time: Friday, October 30, 2015 at 1400 hrs (EDT)Optional Site Visit: THERE WILL BE AN OPTIONAL SITE VISIT ON: October 8th, 2015 @ 1:00 PM. Bidders who do not attend or do not send a representative will not be given an alternative appointment but they will not be precluded from submitting a bid.
