DESCRIPTION OF WORK:
Construction of three (3) over water studios, with the option of purchasing one (1) additional unit, based on detailed specifications and drawings provided by Georgian Bay Islands National Park. See attached drawings and specifications for detailed scope of work.
Bid security is required.
Contractors must have $5,000,000.00 Liability Insurance Coverage and a Builder’s risk insurance.
CLOSING DATE AND TIME:
June 15, 2017 at 1400 hrs. (EDT)
Faxed submission will NOT be accepted. Only revisions will be accepted by fax.
SITE VISIT:
There will be not a site visit

DELIVERY DATE:
The Contractor shall perform and complete the work from Contract award to November 1, 2017.
