This requirement is covered under the Comprehensive Land Claim
Agreement (CLCA's) Labrador Inuit Land Claims Agreement and is
Set-aside for Aboriginal Business under the Procurement Strategy
for Aboriginal Business.
The procurement is subject to the Labrador Inuit Land Claims
Agreement.

Trade Agreements - Set Aside
This procurement is set aside from the North American Free Trade
Agreement Annex 1001.2B, Article 1 (d); World Trade Organization
- Agreement on Government Procurement, Appendix I, Article 1
(d); and Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT) Article 1802, under
the provision that each has for set-asides for small and
minority businesses.
