REQUIREMENT:
To establish a standing offer to supply and deliver Powdered Paints for Correctional Services Canada, CORCAN, various locations across Canada, as required, in accordance with the specifications detailed herein.
The period of standing offer will be from date of issuance to June 30, 2019, with three (3) one (1) year options to extend the standing offer from July 1, 2019 to June 30, 2020, from July 1, 2020 to June 30 2021, and from July 1, 2021 to June 30, 2022

EVALUATION AND SELECTION:
The responsive bid meeting all mandatory requirements with the lowest overall price will be recommended for contract award.
