The Department of National Defence has a requirement for a grease penetration tester for the purpose of determining the consistency or hardness of substances by measuring the depth and rate of penetration. The Contractor must perform the installation, calibration and all actions needed to commission the equipment. Plus training for QETE personnel on the new equipment.
