To establish a Regional individual Standing Offer for the supply
and deliver all Vehicle parts and accessories as Original
Equipment Manufactured (OEM)and or equivalent products as
requested for The Ontario Region of the Department of National
Defence.
This Standing Offer will be for three years from 1 May 2014 to
30 April 2017.
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade
Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP),
the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the
Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).
The crown reserves the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
