Nature of Requirements:
Modular Flooring
The Department of Defence, Canadian Forces Joint Signals Regiment (CFJSR), CFB Kingston, Ontario has a requirement for the provision of rigid portable anti-static modular tent flooring.
Delivery Date
All the deliverables must be received on or before March 22, 2019.
Mandatory Technical Criteria
The bidders must comply with all mandatory technical criteria identified in Annex C Mandatory Technical Criteria.
Financial Evaluation
Bidders must submit their financial bid in accordance with Annex B - Basis of Payment.Applicable Taxes are extra and must be shown separately.
The price used in the evaluation will be the total price of both items in Annex B, Basis of Payment.
Basis of Selection
A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.
