Aluminum Gangway Ramps - Various Locations, New Brunswick

Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) has a
requirement for the establishment of a Regional Individual
Standing Offer (RISO). This Standing Offer is for all labour
and material to build, transport and unload each aluminum
gangway on land at the location specified on each individual
call-up. These aluminum gangways are used to provide access to
existing floating docks at different harbours. The loations may
be any public wharf along the East coast of New Brunswick. The
East coast of New Brunswick will be from New Mill to Cape
Tormentine.All work is to be performed in accordance with the
Specification and Drawings forming part of the bid document.

The work will be performed on an as and when requested basis for
the period February 1, 2014 to January 31, 2016. A standing
offer is an agreement and not a contract. Offerors should note
that there is no guarantee that the full or any amount of the
standing offer will be called-up.

The estimated cost (based on the Contract plus the two option
years) for this opportunity is within the following cost
category: $100,001 to $250,000 (HST extra). Bid security is not
a requirement for this tender.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: New measures related to Code of Conduct and

After issuance of a standing offer, offerors may request a
debriefing on the results of the request for standing offers.
Offerors should make the request to the Standing Offer Authority
within 15 working days of receipt of notification that their
offer was unsuccessful. The debriefing may be provided in
writing, by telephone or in person.
