This requirement is to establish a Regional Individual Standing
Offer for the supply and delivery of laboratory media plates.
The laboratory media plates are as required by Agriculture and
Agri-Food Canada (AAFC), Lethbridge Research Centre located at
Lethbridge, Alberta in accordance with the specifications
detailed at Annex A, Requirement in the Request for Standing
Offers.
The period of the Standing Offer will be from date of Standing
Offer Award to June 30, 2014, with one additional one-year
option period.
Offerors must submit a list of names, or other information as
needed, pursuant to section 01 of Standard Instructions 2006.
Debriefings:
After issuance of a standing offer, offerors may request a
debriefing on the results of the request for standing offers
process. Offerors should make the request to the Standing Offer
Authority within 15 working days of receipt of the results of
the request for standing offers process. The debriefing may be
in writing, by telephone or in person.

procurement.
