D)LICENSED SOFTWARE/DATA MAINTENANCE
E)LICENSED SOFTWARE/DATA SUPPORT SERVICES
F)MEDIA AND DOCUMENTATION
G)OPTIONAL MAINTENANCE
H)OPTIONAL SUPPORT SERVICES
J)OPTIONAL TRAINING
L)OPTIONAL PROFESSIONAL SERVICES

THE REQUIRED SOFTWARE SOLUTION MUST INCLUDE THE LICENSED
SOFTWARE, A 12 MONTH WARRANTY, INSTALLATION AND IMPLEMENTATION
SERVICES (AS AND WHEN REQUESTED), SOFTWARE MAINTENANCE AND
SUPPORT SERVICES, SOFTWARE DOCUMENTATION AND TRAINING SERVICES
(AS AND WHEN REQUESTED). THE CONTRACT PERIOD SHALL BE FOR AN
INITIAL PERIOD OF 1 YEAR PLUS 5 ONE-YEAR IRREVOCABLE OPTION(S)
YEARS. THIS BID SOLICITATION DOES NOT PRECLUDE CANADA FROM
USING ANOTHER METHOD OF SUPPLY FOR ENTITIES OF THE GOVERNMENT OF
CANADA WITH THE SAME OR SIMILAR NEEDS.
THE REQUIREMENT IS SUBJECT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE WORLD TRADE
ORGANIZATION AGREEMENT ON GOVERNMENT PROCUREMENT (WTO-AGP), THE
NORTH AMERICAN FREE TRADE AGREEMENT (NAFTA), THE CANADA-CHILE
FREE TRADE AGREEMENT (CCFTA), AND THE AGREEMENT ON INTERNAL
TRADE (AIT).
