Nature of Requirements:
The Department of National Defence (DND) requires an annual supply of 13,660 packs of firing pellets, diabolo shape, wadcutter head pellet (.177 caliber / 4.5 mm, 7.87 gr plus or minus .20 gr weight), match grade, 500 per pack. One (1) contract will be awarded as a result of this solicitation process, and will include an initial contract period of three (3) years. The resulting contact will include up to three (3) additional optional annual purchases of 13,660 boxes of firing pellets.
The requirement is subject to the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
There is no technical evaluation for this requirement.
Bidders must submit their financial bid in accordance with Attachment 1 to Part 3 - Pricing Schedule. Bidders must submit their price(s) in Canadian dollars, DDP Delivered Duty Paid, customs duties and excise taxes included, and applicable taxes excluded.
