The Contractor is required to provide Canada for the Department of National Defence (DND) with Pouches for the Modular Fighting Rig to be supplied in five (5) types of pouches.
Item 001 - NSN 8465-20-008-7325 - Tourniquet Pouch (or equivalent)
Item 002 - NSN 8465-20-005-2776 - Trauma Pouch (or equivalent)
Item 003 - NSN 8465-01-612-3208 - Radio Pouch (or equivalent)
Item 004 - NSN 8465-01-582-4314 - 7.62 Single Magazine Ammo Pouch (or equivalent)
Item 005 - NSN 8465-01-551-2447- 7.62 Double Magazine Ammo Pouch (or equivalent)
Technical Requirements
Items must be manufactured in accordance with:
Annex B - Statement of Work - Sniper Systems Project, Pouches for the Modular Fighting Rig
Annex C - CFTPO-General, dated 15 July 2011
Annex D - Specification for label, clothing and equipment D-80-001-055/SGF/001
Firm Quantity - (Item 001 to 005)
Item 001 - Firm quantity of 319 each
Item 002 - Firm quantity of 319 each
Item 003 - Firm quantity of 319 each
Item 004 - Firm quantity of 738 each
Item 005 - Firm quantity of 738 each
Total firm quantity - 2,433 each
Delivery requested:
The delivery of the firm deliverables is requested to be completed by June 30, 2016.
This requirement also includes five (5) options to purchase additional quantities as follows :
Option 1 - Item 006 to 010: estimated qty 835 each to be exercised within 12 months after contract award date
Option 2 - Item 011 to 015: estimated qty 835 each to be exercised within 24 months after contract award date
Option 3 - Item 016 to 020: estimated qty 835 each to be exercised within 36 months after contract award date
Option 4 - Item 021 to 025: estimated qty 835 each to be exercised within 48 months after contract award date
Option 5 - Item 026 to 030: estimated qty 835 each to be exercised within 60 months after contract award date
Only one (1) amendment may be issued to exercise each option.
