The bidder must provide "photo pouches" in accordance with the
technical requirements as specified at Annex "A" - Requirement
and in accordance with quantity detailed in "the Line Item
detail" for the Department of Citizenship and Immigration Canada
(CIC), Ottawa, Ontario.
