TITLE: Fresh and Frozen Fish, Regina, Saskatchewan
This Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) is for the
supply, delivery and off loading of Fresh and Frozen Fish for
the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, Food Services, Regina,
Saskatchewan. The items and quantities required are listed in
Annex B, Working Documents - List of Products.
Quantities:
The estimated quantities for each of the required items can be
found in Annex B - Working Document - List of products.
Period of Standing Offer:
From 01 August 2012 to 31 July 2013, divided into four (4),
three (3) month periods.
Solicitation Closing Dates:
Offer must be submitted for each refresh period, as per the
following schedule:
Refresh Period #1 - 11 July 2011 at 2:00 pm CST
Refresh Period #2 - 10 October 2012 at 2:00 pm CST
Refresh Period #3 - 14 January 2013 at 2:00 pm CST
Refresh Period #4 - 10 April 2013 at 2:00 pm CST
Debriefings:
After contract award, bidders may request a debriefing on the
results of the bid solicitation. Bidders should make the request
to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days of receipt
of notification that their bid was unsuccessful. The debriefing
may be provided in writing, by telephone or in person.
The requirement is subject to a preference for Canadian goods
and/or services.
There is a security requirement associated with this requirement.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
