The project involves the construction of north and south breakwater wharfs. The north breakwater wharf will be of composite (armoustone and cribwork) construction, the south breakwater wharf will be of steel H-pile construction with reinforced concrete pile caps and deck.
All elements of the work must be completed on or before March 31, 2021.
