Work under this contract includes but is not limited to
replacement to replacement of the boiler feedwater deaerator and
feedwater pumping system in the Powerhouse at Stony Mountain
Institution (SMI).
The work involves Structural, Mechanical, and
Electrical/Instrumentation works.
Bidders are responsible for obtaining copies of bid forms,
special instructions and amendments issued prior to bid closing,
and are to ensure they are addressed in the submitted bid.
Firms intending to submit bids on this project should obtain bid
documents through the GETS service provider on the Government of
Canada Web site at
http://buyandsell.gc.ca/procurement-data/tenders. Firms that
obtain bid documents from a source other than the official site
run the risk of not receiving a complete package.
This procurement contains MANDATORY requirements. Failure to
comply will result in rejection of your tender.

OPTIONAL SITE VISIT:
There will be a site visit on Wednesday, July 17, 2013 at 09:00
AM. Interested bidders are to meet at Stony Mountain
Institution, Highway #7, Stony Mountain, Manitoba at the
Construction Trailer. Bidders who, for any reason, cannot
attend at the specified date and time will not be given an
alternative appointment to view the site. No exceptions will be
made.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
