Tender description
Flow Metering Test Bench Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada (ISED) has a requirement for the supply of a Flow Metering Test Bench to be delivered in Ottawa, Ontario. Interested suppliers must meet the mandatory evaluation criteria in the Annex Mandatory Technical Evaluation Criteria - Requirement of the Request for Proposal. The period of the contract is from the date of award to one year after the date of acceptance inclusive with up to four (4) additional one (1) year period to exercise the optional additional services. In accordance with the Interim Policy on Reciprocal Procurement, Canadian suppliers and trading partners are eligible to submit an offer. Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the request for proposals process. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days of receipt of the results of the request for proposals process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person. The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
