Advance Contract Award Notice (ACAN) for ThermoFisher Scientific Liquid Chromatograph–Mass Spectrometer Q Exactive Preventative Maintenance for Canadian Grain Commission (6039854)The Canadian Grain Commission (CGC) wishes to enter into a contract with ThermoFisher Scientific for the purpose of Preventative Maintenance of two ThermoFisher Scientific Liquid Chromatograph–Mass Spectrometer Q Exactive instruments. The term of this contract is two years. The total value of this contract will not exceed $234,879.40 (inclusive of applicable taxes).Provide the following documentation to support your Statement of Capabilities:Please provide written, authenticated copies of your Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) certifications for providing maintenance on the following equipment: Ultimate 3000 liquid chromatograph pump, autosampler, thermostatted column controller, Vanquish liquid chromatograph pump, autosampler, thermostatted column controller, Q-Exactive Mass Spectrometer, and computer hardware and software used to run the analytical equipment.Please provide a list of the required training completed in order to obtain these certifications.Please provide written authentication from the original equipment manufacturer that you are authorized to provide OEM certified replacement parts (new parts only) and consumables for the above equipment.Please provide a copy of the defined maintenance procedure for each piece of equipment, per the OEM.Completed responses must be received as specified in the ACAN on or before the submission deadline of Wednesday August 3, 2022.All information provided will be held in confidence, unless verification is required with the OEM.
