Préavis d’adjudication de contrat (PAC) pour une plateforme libre de planification urbaine et de modélisation du marché de l’habitation et les services connexes de soutien

CMHC intends to establish a contract for a web-based behavioral microsimulation platform and related consulting support to analyze housing, land use, and urban infrastructure investments, and model policy and project impacts on the economy, transportation, and the environment. The platform should be open source and cost effective to support collaboration and model development among multiple scholars, policy analysts, public servants, developers, consultants, and urban planning authorities.
This three (3) year contract is expected to begin on September 5, 2017. The total value of this service contract is expected to range from $500,000 to $1,500,000 inclusive of all applicable taxes.
Statement of capabilities must be received at the exact location as specified in the ACAN document on or before the submission deadline of 2:00 PM EDT, on August 29, 2017.
