Overview

Health Canada/Public Health Agency of Canada's (PHAC) Security
Management Division (SMD) requires the provision of unlimited
air time for an existing HYTERA digital 2-way mobile radio
communication system. This system includes portable radios,
vehicle mounted base stations, and desk mounted base stations.
The air time supplied must provide clear and consistent
communications for all radios and support all existing features.

Period of Requirement

The Digital Radio Airtime Communication System services are to
start on 1 June 2014 for a period of one year, plus four
optional one year periods.

Debriefing

After contract award, bidders may request a debriefing on the
results of the bid solicitation. Bidders should make the
request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days of
receipt of notification that their bid was unsuccessful. The
debriefing may be provided in writing, by telephone or in person.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
